All membership include shipping for the term that you choose and are in US dollars and payable through Paypal. Don't forget that you can also use a credit card through Paypal if you prefer not to use your Paypal account or don't have an account with Paypal. Deadline to register is January 8, 2008.
I've broken registrations down by country to make it a little bit easier. For international registrations, if you don't see your country listed, please contact me at zenyarngarden AT yahoo DOT com as I'm happy to do a special order for you!
