And my sock is coming along! I managed to figure out the gussett with magic loop and I am not sure I'll ever go back to DPNs...this is just easier I find! I'm really enjoying the Reims Stockings pattern too - it's producing a nice effect on the sock! Onto the toe very soon :)

Wow -- those are knitting up very nicely. Can't wait to see it when it's done.
I love this month's yarn too -- the color is amazing. I look forward to casting on (already know what I'm making) as soon as I finish up some little stockings I'm making for a Christmas ornament exchange, which I don't have time for but signed up for -- don't ask me why. I'm pleading temporary insanity.
I'm also looking forward to seeing what you come up with over the next six installments.
